Monitor Link

Link will monitor building performance and comfort and control HVAC systems.
Monthly reports and real time building performance information are available
for managers to take an active roll in understanding building operation
Service Link
Comfort
Link will provide routine service on HVAC components to ensure efficient
operation. Components such as filters and belts will be changed at scheduled
intervals and system maintenance will be completed routinely throughout
the year. Management reports outlining future maintenance needs accompany
monthly reports.
Response
This
is truly the worry free service, Response Link supports both Monitor and
Service Link programs to ensure tenant comfort at all times. Comfort link
serves as a one-stop shop for all tenant comfort concerns. Trained technicians
are on call for immediate dispatch to correct hot and cold complaints
from any building tenant.
